At KUGOO, we stand by the quality of our electric scooters and want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the scooter in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, chargers, and toolkits to ensure full refund eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated regional service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
